Via Advisors operates out of Italy also through licensees. In Equador operates through Via Advisors Equador S.A.

Via Advisors Equador S.A. entered into an Administration Contract with Telecomunicaciones Móviles del Ecuador S.A. TELECSA starting on May 3, 2006 and for a term of two years. TELECSA is the third mobile operator in Ecuador and uses the brand ALEGRO PCS in the Ecuadorian market. The Manager of Via Advisors Ecuador S.A. is Paolo Baldoni formerly the Joint General Manager of ENTEL Chile and also Vice President of International Business of Telecom Italia. Via Advisors Ecuador S.A. has also the support of Telecom Italia Sparkle S.p.A.
