The wine is produced exclusively from company vines in a modern winery, where it is fermented in steel vats at
controlled temperatures. The wine is left to age in the cellar, built entirely underground, where the casks and barrels are stored. Annual production is around
163,000 litres. A number of the company's wines have been recommended internationally by specialist wine magazines (Decanter, Falstaff, Wein.pur, etc.), as well as
receiving excellent reviews nationally (I Vini di Veronelli 2005/6, Gambero Rosso 2005/6, L'Espresso 2005/6, Vinum 2006, Duemilavini 2006/7, etc.).
|
As well as many local events, the company participates at Vinitaly in Verona and at the Chianti Classico show held annually in
Florence. It also features in the list of vintners published annually by the Chianti Classico Wine Consortium.
