VIA Advisors is a financial consultancy, set up in 1996, which serves both Italian and foreign clients.

We focus on advising companies on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), both in Italy and abroad, and on mergers & acquisitions, disposals, Management Buy-Outs (MBOs) and Leveraged Buy-Outs (LBOs).  We also advise on privatisations, debt syndication & restructuring, securitization, strategy and managing relationships with different financial institutions.

Our success is based on experience.  We have a well-integrated team of professionals who consistently deliver appropriate solutions for even the most ambitious projects.

Our clients vary in size, but typically are small to medium sized.  We are fully independent and enjoy relationships with several international institutions, as well as auditing & accounting firms.
